Quiz Poll Feedback is a FREE app for Android.
It simplifies our lives, Now we can easily create events like Quizzes, Polls and Feedback sessions and share it with a group. We can also participate in such events with our smartphone.
You can play two roles with this app.
1. Organizer Role:
1. You can use organize menu and create quiz programs, conduct polls, or get feedback from people about something.
2. Add questions and answers that you wish to ask the participants.
3. If you feel the questionnaire is ready, Publish and Share it with the group. QAID and PIN (for private events only) will help to identify your event.
4. Participants will be receiving your event details and complete answering questionnaire. If the event is quiz, the score will be intimated to the participant.
5. As an organizer you will be able to see all the participant's scores, poll submissions, and feedback in the "Results" section.
2. Participant Role:
1. You can use the participate menu for testing yourself in public quizzes, contribute to society by participating and providing feedback to public events.
2. If someone invites you for an event, You can join the same with QA ID and PIN which are part of the invite by default.
3. In participate menu, provide your QA ID and PIN, then tap "Go" button.
4. Now you can answer the questions in a simple answering screen. You can also skip if you don't wish to answer a question.
5. Once you answered the questions, Your participation will be fullfilled and organizer will be able to see your answers.
6. If the event is quiz, you will be able to see your score summary' as well.
Why use Quiz Poll Feedback App:
Very useful for conducting instant class tests, class room scenarios, competitions, survey to a group, events between friends, get feedback from a gathering, marketing sessions.
We don't need computers for conducting online events. Just a mobile with internet is sufficient.
Last but not least, It will be a better replacement for manual paper based method. Save Trees :-)
Complete workflow:
1. The organizer can create private and public events with questions & answers.
2. If the event is private it will be published immediately.
3. For social cause and welfare, The public events needs manually reviewed and approved by ShanTechnologies.com because it reaches to all users of Quiz Poll Feedback App.
4. The organizer publishes and share the event QAID and PIN(for private event) to participants with multiple share options available in the android device.
5. Participants can take part in the event with the QAID and PIN (for private event). For public event, PIN is not required.
6. The participant can see the score after the quiz event. For Poll and Feedback event the participant will be thanked for providing their opinion.
7. The organizer also can view all the participants answers and opinions by selecting the event.
This app is simple to use and for general public. Currently it is available only in Android and the user require to use google account.
